Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Pixel Chain app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, built by Jane R (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”). This service is provided “AS IS”.

What information does the Application collect?

None. The Application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server. The Application makes no network requests of its own.

Everything you make stays on your device:

• Artworks (canvas size, artwork level, and the color of each pixel) are stored in the app’s local database on your device.
• Palettes you create and your recently used colors are stored locally.
• Preferences such as grid visibility, backdrop, haptics, and color panel position are stored locally.

None of the above ever leaves your device. It is removed when you delete the Application.

Does the Application use analytics or advertising?

No. The Application contains no analytics SDK, no crash reporting service, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Purchases

Pixel Chain Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks artwork levels 5 to 10. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider never sees or stores your payment details. Whether you own the purchase is verified on-device through Apple’s StoreKit; no purchase information is sent to the Service Provider.

Exporting and sharing

When you export an artwork as a BMP or ZIP, the file is written to a temporary folder on your device and handed to the system share sheet. Where it goes from there is entirely your choice — the Service Provider is not involved and receives nothing.

Children

The Application does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data is collected at all, there is nothing to request deletion of. If you have questions, contact the Service Provider at the address below.

Security

Because no data is transmitted or stored off-device, there is no server-side data to secure. Data on your device is protected by iOS itself.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. This policy is effective as of 2026-08-16.

By using the Application you consent to the processing of information as set out in this Privacy Policy.
